Can I return my order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can send the purchase within 14 days after receipt back to us! In this period you can send the products back undamaged, in their original state and if possible in the original packaging.

Are there costs for returning?

Yes, the return costs are your responsibility.

Can i send my purchase back?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The order must be undamaged. If the order is damaged, we can file charges. 

How to return my articles?

You must send the resulting invoice or packing slip with your return. The invoice you have received in an e-mail, the packing slip was sent with your order. 

To return you should inform us by e-mail. You can do this using our model withdrawal form (Word document). Filling out this form is easier and faster. If you want to return your purchase, you need to return the product(s) within 14 days.

The product must be unused and, if possible, packed in the original packaging.

to return a product by cash on delivery is not possible.

How fast is my return process?

When we have received your product in return, it will take 5 working days handled and processed. You will receive an email when we have processed the return. The full purchase price, including shipping costs (only when you return the full purchase) will go as soon as possible and takes no longer then 14 days to transfer on your account.

My order is not complete or damaged, what to do?

Where can I file a complaint?

Do you have a complaint about a product, our services or about the delivery of your order?
To register a complaint (or defective) is different to the procedures for returning items. We invite you to file a complaint as soon as possible but no later than two weeks after discovery of the defect or damage. Do this as soon as possible to our custom service.

We will respond within 7 days of content on your complaint and will, in consultation with you, solve the problem as soon as possible. If you file a complaint in an email to us, please indicate your invoice number and phone number (optionally enter the time at which you can be reached) so we can contact you. We use a maximum response time of 5 working days.

Can I return my custom made order?

This product is specially designed and made for you and it is therefore not possible to return this product.
