What is the delivery charge of my order?

We do NOT charge any delivery costs for orders over 75.- within The Netherlands. For orders below 75.- we charge € 4.95 delivery costs (with delivery on working days and Saturdays).

Can I collect my order at a pick-up point?

Yes, during the ordering process you can choose to have your order delivered at a pick-up point so that you can easily pick up your order there.
We work with PostNL and it is therefore possible to have your order delivered at all 2,000 pick-up points of PostNL.

Can I have my order insured?

Yes, you can choose to have your order insured during the ordering process. This is only for orders within the Netherlands, orders outside the Netherlands are automatically insured up to €500. It depends on the total price of your order how high the insurance costs will be.

When will my order be delivered?

When your payment is received, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. You will get a Track & Trace code when your order arrives at PostNL. 

PostNL delivers on Monday / Saturday.

Note: Products that are no longer in stock, are not delivered immediately. The customer service will contact you as soon as possible with more information about the expected delivery time. This is always mentioned on the products and in the cart.

How can I see if a product is in stock?

The delivery time is stated on the product page. If the product is not in stock you will receive an additional message in the shopping cart screen.

Who delivers my order?

All deliveries take place with PostNL. They make sure you order get delivered at the delivery address specified by you. PostNL delivers on Monday / Saturday. The Track & Trace code is active and emailed to you as the carrier scans your order on the first sorting center.

What happens if I am not home during the delivery?

If you are not home at the time of delivery than the parcel will be handed to the neighbors or PostNL will come back another time. 

Can I make an appointment for delivery?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a delivery appointment. We depend on the driver's route PostNL.
